Our prices are constantly being reviewed but this should not affect your order. The price the customer will pay for an item will be as shown for that item at the time the order was placed. Please note that all prices shown on the site are in British Pounds Sterling.

Tax Charges (VAT)

All the prices shown in our store include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT, please call us to order by phone.

Delivery Charges

P&P to mainland UK is free regardless of product size and value. Orders will usually take between 2 and 7 working days to arrive.
(Please note: regrettably, some Scottish postcodes are excluded. These are: KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-26, 30-40, 49-50 and PH41 sector 4. Delivery to these postcodes costs £40. Smaller items may qualify for free shipping regardless of delivery region. Please contact us with your order information.)

International Orders - prices are the same as UK orders, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please call for details.

Returning an unwanted item

Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. You may return items to us for exchange, replacement, or refund (not including sale items or underwear for hygiene reasons) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, providing the item remains in all original packaging with all original labels attached and has not be worn, washed, soiled or damaged in anyway and the appropriate receipt is tendered. You will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. Any paypal / Credit Card costs incurred by us through the sale will also be deducted from the refund.

Returning a faulty item

If you return an item because it was faulty when delivered, the item must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS. We will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
The item may be exchanged for a replacement item, or a full refund.

Unwanted item: Postage & packaging is non-refundable and return shipping is at purchaser's expense. (Return shipping includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to us) plus a re-stocking fee of £8.00 will be charged. 

Please note it is not the automatic right of the customer to return goods for refund - unless the item is damaged, mis-sold (not as described) or of an  unsatisfactory quality.

Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us.

We reserve the right to have faulty items independently inspected if we believe that the product may have been tampered with or has suffered unreasonable abuse.

International customers

If the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

We have never had a case of credit card fraud using our shopping system. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and they are only decrypted after they reach us.

The shopping cart has a security licence confirming that it is safe for e-commerce use. This is for your safety as some sites do not have these and you should only order from secure encrypted sites. When you proceed to the checkout you should see a small padlock in the bottom right corner of your screen - look for this on any e-commerce site to confirm its security. You can also double click on the padlock to view the licence.

We will charge your account for payment at the time the order is received. Products are dispatched after we have cleared the payment. The purchase area of our site is secure and has a security licence. This means that the information is encrypted using industry standard SSL Technology (i.e. ALL SECURE DETAILS PASSED BETWEEN YOUR COMPUTER AND OUR WEBSITE CANNOT BE READ BY ANYONE ELSE AS THE INFORMATION IS ENCODED

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.


But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).


After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement”
